1. Introduction
This return policy applies to all customers, regardless of your location.
2. Return Conditions (Conditions for Returnable Items)
To qualify for a return (under the 14-day voluntary return policy), the item must meet all of the following conditions:
The item must be brand new, unused, and unwashed.
All original labels, tags, and hygiene seals (if applicable) must be intact.
The item must be in its original packaging, including the box, instruction manual, and all accessories.
The item is not a final sale item or is not eligible for the return policy.
If the item shows signs of use, is damaged, is missing parts, or is in its original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a replacement fee (up to 50% of the item's price).
3. How to Initiate a Return
Please contact our customer service at market@megashopshub.com within the 14-day return period. Please include your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your email.
We will reply to you within 2 business days, providing a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return address. Do not return any items without an RMA number, otherwise we may refuse your return request.
Please pack the item securely in its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging). Please include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your name, order number, and RMA number inside the package.
Please send the package to the address provided in our reply. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product), you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days.
