1. General Information
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through megashopshub.com (the “Site”) operated by STARHUB DIGITAL TRADING LIMITED (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
This policy explains how we process, calculate, and ship your orders, and is subject to change without notice.
2. Processing Time
we typically need 1 to 3 business days to verify payment, pick the items from our inventory, pack them safely, and hand them over to our shipping partner.High‑demand periods (such as sales, Black Friday, or Christmas) may extend processing time to up to 5 business days.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We work with several reliable carriers (such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, and national postal services depending on destination). The exact carrier may vary, but we always choose a service that provides tracking. Estimated delivery times are counted in business days from the date you receive the shipping confirmation email.
Domestic / European Union countries (primary market): 7 to 15 business days
Rest of the world: 12 to 25 business days
Please note that these are estimates. Actual delivery may be affected by customs processing, strikes, weather, or other events beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates, but we will do our best to meet the estimates.
4. Delivery Failure and Unclaimed Packages
If the carrier attempts delivery but no one is available to receive the package, a notice will usually be left. You are responsible for following that notice and collecting the package from the local post office or depot within the holding period.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by you, we will contact you using market@megashopshub.com to arrange re‑shipment. Re‑shipment will require you to pay the shipping fee. If you prefer a refund instead, we will refund the product price.
